各口岸动植物检疫局、动物检疫所：
根据“中华人民共和国动植物检疫局与爱尔兰兽医局谅解备忘录”中的原则，动物及动物产品的贸易以双方同意的兽医证书为依据。经双方协商讨论，就爱尔兰共和国向中华人民共和国输出牛皮的兽医卫生证书格式及内容达成一致意见，现将兽医证书样本发给你局（所），今后凡从爱尔兰共和国进口的牛皮一律凭此种证书接受报检，其它种类的证书视为无效证书不予受理。

1, the undersigned official veterinarian,hereby certify that:
1. The above said hides are derived from animals that are not affected with BSE or suspected of being so affected.
2. The above said hides are derived from animals that were appoved for export to the People's Republic of China following an antemortem and post-mortem veterinary inspection as provided by laws and regulations of lreland.
3. There has not been any case of contagious bovine pleuroneumonia,anthax, foot and mouth disease, rinderpest, lumpy skin disease, blue-tongue, vesicular stomatitis in lreland for the past 2 years.
